Needle Felt nonwoven fabric is a type of nonwoven material produced through the needle-punching process, and it is widely used in the dust collection field. Due to its excellent filtration efficiency, durability, and broad applicability, needle-punched nonwoven fabric has become an essential filtration material in modern industrial dust collection. Currently, the most commonly seen product on the market is the soft needle-punched filter material used in filter bags. Q3.Can you advise the filter precision of the filter media?
A: Yes, normal polyester is 5 micron, we can also offer you H13 grade media with PTFE membrane.
Q4. Is your product reached the food contact grade?
A: Yes. We can offer you SGS certificate of raw material.
Q5. How about your delivery lead time?
A: Generally, under MOQ quantity take 7 working days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on models and the quantity of your order.
Q6.What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply sample, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost at first. Sample cost can be refunded if you place formal orders in the future.
