High Strength Optimize Performance Nomex Needle Felt Dust Filtration Materials


Farrleey Filtration pleated aramid (Nomex) needle-punched felt filtration material is distinguished by its high-temperature resistance and high strength, meeting the stringent reliability and durability requirements of industrial filtration. With scientifically designed parameters and rigorous testing standards, it is suitable for high-temperature dust or gas filtration applications below 200°C. Additionally, post-treatment processes can be applied to further optimize performance based on specific working conditions.

High Temperature Resistance: Operating temperature of 200°C, with short-term tolerance up to 210°C, suitable for industrial high-temperature filtration applications.

High Strength: Biaxial tensile strength ≥400 N/5cm, excellent tear resistance, suitable for high-pressure differential environments.

High Air Permeability: 80 mm/s (at 200Pa pressure), balancing filtration efficiency with low airflow resistance.

Durability: Aramid fiber offers chemical resistance and aging resistance, extending the service life of the filtration media.
